The Parent Teacher Conference Scheduler is now open.
Please follow these instructions to schedule your appointment.
- Tap on the name of the teacher you wish to schedule an appointment with below. This will open the ParentSquare app or webpage.
- Log in (Your account must use the email address this notification was sent to).
- Scroll down to the Appointment Sign Ups section and click Sign Up next to the time slot you want to reserve.

Student Name: Click the drop-down arrow and select your student’s name. If you only have one student with this teacher, their name will be prefilled.
- Click Submit.
- If your name appears in the time slot, your appointment is confirmed.
- You will receive an appointment reminder the day before the conferences.
- If you need to change or cancel your sign-up time, return to the schedule post, hover your mouse over your name and click the trash can to remove your time slot. Then click Sign Up again for the correct time slot.
If you did not register for ParentSquare, or if you have any issues getting access to your student’s teacher, please contact the school office to make your appointment.
Please note: Specials teachers will be available throughout the day for walk-in meetings.
Parents can schedule appointments until 10 p.m. on Monday, October 19.
