Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Car Riders

Drop-off and pick-up is in the WEST Lot. Please place the pink family name card in the passenger side of the front window. It is crucial that any vehicle used to pick up a student has a family name card.

Early Learning/Kindergarten/Grades 1 & 2: Please use the large circular drive to access Door 5. Staff will assist with unloading and loading early learning and kindergarten students. Staff will walk them inside the building to their classrooms.

Grades 3-5: Please use the short turn around to access Door 12. Students will exit and enter vehicles independently. Staff will direct traffic at the short turnaround and circular drive. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended. Proceed forward once the vehicle in front of you moves. Upon exiting the lot, only a RIGHT TURN is permitted.

All cell phone use is prohibited in the school parking lot.

Bus Riders

Only buses are allowed in the bus lane during arrival and dismissal times. As students are dismissed from the buses, they are to go inside the building through Door 1 and to their lockers.

Walkers

Early Learning, Kindergarten, and Grade 1 uses Door 5. Grade 2 uses Door 9 (cafeteria door), and Grades 3-5 use Door 12.

Note: Parents choosing not to use the car rider line must park EAST of the main entrance on 179th Street. Prek-2nd Grade families must walk around the school and pick up their children from Door 5. Students Grades 3-5 will exit from Door 1 and walk to their cars. Parents will not be allowed to walk up and pick up their students from Door 12.
